Meetings & Events: Register for NHRA Event

IMPORTANT:  See note below regarding errors received on our website.

Members, log in to secure the member rate. Once you are logged in, select the event you would like to attend from the Meetings & Events Calendar and then select the REGISTER button. Your contact information will automatically pull into your registration form. If your contact information has changed, be sure to select the UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION box.

COMING MID 2011!  Non-Members, you will be able set up a guest profile. This profile will provide you with a username and password to expenditure your event registrations so you don’t have to enter your contact information each time you register. Once you have set up your profile, select the event you would like to attend from the Meetings & Events Calendar and then select the REGISTER button. Your contact information will automatically pull into your registration form. If your contact information has changed, be sure to select the UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION box.

Bringing a guest? Select ADD A GUEST and enter their contact information so they will receive confirmation of the event.

Payment Processing: Advance payment via personal or corporate credit card is preferred. However, you may also indicate payment by check. If paying by check, please mail the check to the address on your receipt prior to the event or hand carry the check with you.

Receipt/Invoice:  After your payment has been entered, you will be directed to a thank you page that contains a link to print a copy of your transaction and a W9 form for payment processing or reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:   Should your schedule change and you need to cancel a reservation, you must notify us by 5 pm on the Friday prior to the event.  See Cancel a Reservation for more details

NOTE:  If you are experiencing difficulty registering for an event or keep getting the same error message from our website, your web browser settings may need to be adjusted as your system is caching (saving) your web history.  Before performing the action below, be sure you have bookmarked your favorite or most requently visited websites. 

For Internet Explorer users, open IE and select Tools in the top menu.  
Select Internet Options. 
Under Browsing history, select Delete
Once done, check the box in the Browsing History section that says delete history on exit and then click Apply
